At Lost Pines Apparel Co., we build our heritage-grade gear to last a lifetime. But we also know that finding the perfect fit for a Trucker Jacket or Chore Shirt matters. If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help you get squared away.

Our 15-Day Return Policy

We accept returns for a full refund or size exchange within 15 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (no missing buttons, fabric wear, or cologne/smoke scents).
  • In their original packaging with all original hangtags attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email).

Please note: Due to the limited nature of our small-batch production runs, we cannot always guarantee that an alternative size will be in stock for exchanges. If your size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

We’ve streamlined our fulfillment process to make returns as simple as possible.

  1. Visit Our Portal: Head to [lostpinesapparel.com/returns](https://lostpinesapparel.com/returns) (or email us directly at support@lostpinesapparel.com with your order number).
  2. Generate Your Label: Enter your order number and shipping zip code to print your prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack your item (reusing our original mailing box or bag is highly encouraged), attach the prepaid label over the old tracking information, and drop it off at the designated carrier (USPS or UPS).

Refunds & Processing Times

Once your return arrives back at our workshop, please allow 3 to 5 business days for our team to inspect the garment and process your request.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Stripe/Credit Card, Apple Pay, etc.). Depending on your financial institution, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and quality control. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item entirely, please contact us immediately using the form so we can prioritize a replacement or fix the issue for you right away.
