If you're anything like us, you've felt stuck -- forced to choose between generic, ill-fitting clothes and absurdly priced designer labels. Or maybe you're tired of the trendy-but-cheap outlets that crank out the latest styles... only to fall apart after the first wash.

From the beginning, our mission was simple: bring together functionality, great looking design, and sustainability in crafting pieces that only get better with age. And to do it all right here at home, from design to manufacture.

We started Lost Pines Apparel because we saw a need and an opportunity. The need was for versatile, rugged jackets that didn't rely on over-hyped polyester "technical" fabrics derived from petroleum products that will never bio-degrade. And the opportunity stemmed from the fact that it's never been easier to connect with customers directly, offering our products without retail store mark-ups or middlemen.

We knew that if we made great looking, classic pieces and didn't sacrifice on material quality, or outsource our manufacturing overseas for a quick buck, our clientele would find us. Not only that, they would love us.

Life doesn't move in a straight line. And neither did our path to launch.

An overnight success five years in the making, we didn't start out with the intention of changing the way guys find great jackets at great prices. It just sort of turned out that way.

Our path was a winding, meandering, and circular one. Full of false starts and near misses. But looking back, we wouldn't have it any other way.

Sometimes it's good to get a little lost.
